On Friday night, May 17, we gathered to honor our 2018-19 Varsity Athletes and Coaches. Memories were shared, successes acknowledged and awards given out to our athletes and coaches. What a year it was!
As the 2018/19 School Year comes to a close, the Athletic Department would like to thank each of you for your support. You have each played a role in the athletic program this year, whether it was lending us your student-athlete, cheering at a game, or volunteering at one of our events. Thank you!
Thank you to the JCS Booster Club for their sponsorship of the 2019 JCS ESPYS. They play a vital role in our Athletic Department and we are so grateful for their support!
Thank you to Traci Sproule for her endless hours behind the camera. From team photos, game action shots to red carpet paparazzi moments, Traci's passion for JCS Athletics is evident through each picture she takes.
And lastly, thank you to our talented Student-Athletes. You each have made a positive impact throughout the year; representing Christ, JCS and your families. We are glad that you are all Eagles and can't wait to see what next year holds!

Cheerleaders Partner With Local Foundation

By Brian Justine 08/10/2018, 12:30pm EDT

Team service project helps raise awareness for children battling cancer

The JCS Varsity Cheerleaders have partnered with the Chasin a Dream  Foundation.  The foundation helps raise awareness and funds  for local children battling cancer, cystic fibrosis and  other life threatening illnesses. On Tuesday, August 7th, the team participated in an event called The Trashy Tutu Mangrove Cleanup. Folks from the community were invited to paddle board or walk along the  street side to pick up trash at Coral Cove in Tequesta. The  cheerleaders picked up trash, guided people to the paddle  board drop off area, helped at registration/check-in, and  then went to Blue Pointe Grille to help sell raffle tickets  and collect business cards. The team's next community service project is scheduled with  Chasin a Dream on October 20th at Harbourside.
