Weekly Update, 1/24-1/28

Soccer

Varsity Women's Soccer lost a close match by a score of 1-0 in the District Semi Finals to John Carroll on Friday. The Lady Eagles finish the season with a 9-3-2 record overall with a final ranking of 10th in the state in class 2A. They now await for their Regional matchup which is TBD. 

Men's Varsity Soccer season came to a conclusion on Saturday in the District Semi Finals at St. Edward's. The Eagles defeated John Carroll on Thursday in the District Quarterfinal by a score of 5-3 to advance.

Girl's MS Soccer came up with two tie games 1-1 and 2-2 on Tuesday and Thursday in their games against St. Mark's and Palm Beach Day. Their regular season wraps up this week on Thursday and Friday with games against St. Mark's and King's Academy at home.

Basketball

Men's Varsity Basketball lost two tough games on Tuesday and Friday to Martin County High School and Benjamin. They are back on the home court Tuesday night (Senior Night)  vs. Jensen Beach at 7pm for their last regular season game of the year before heading into Districts next week. Make sure to come show your support on Tuesday night as the Eagles wrap up their regular season on Senior Night!!

Women's Varsity Basketball picked up two wins in their final two games of the regular season on Monday and Thursday at Lake Worth Christian (43-30) and at Home vs. Morningside Academy (51-47). The Lady Eagles have earned the #2 seed in their District and will host the Semi Final game at Home Wednesday night at 6pm against #3 seed John Carroll. Come cheer on the Lady Eagles to victory on Wednesday!!

Both MS Basketball teams, Red and Black, went 2-0 on the week defeating Palm Beach Day and St. Mark's. The Black team has their final regular season game Tuesday at Home vs. Atlantic Christian.

Wrestling

Varsity Wrestlers competed in the Max Desir Memorial IBT Tournament at Suncoast High School this past weekend. Bobby Campbell went went 1-2 with a pin. Logan Fisher went 1-2 with a pin (in twenty-seven seconds).

Eagles next competition will be this upcoming weekend in PBC Wrestling HOF Tournament at Palm Beach Gardens High School and the following week in the John Raich Memorial Tournament at Jupiter High School.
